I hope everyone is enjoying their early summer, whether you’re traveling or not! And hopefully everyone is staying cool!
At the end of April, I heard from Buck Buchanan that their son-in-law had passed away in March. I sent him & Linda a sympathy card.
I also sent a sympathy card to Ed & Anke Fisher on the loss of their son, Nick, who passed away in April.
In May, Roy Brinkley had knee replacement surgery right after the Bluegrass Festival. A get-well card was sent.
Another sympathy card was sent to JoAnn Mimms after the death of her brother.
Early in June, I heard that Nancy Cummings fell and hurt her knee. A get-well card was sent.
I hope all are doing well.
Thank you to all who reached out to keep me informed of these events. Please continue to let me know whenever you hear of our members being ill, having surgery, losing a loved one (even a pet) or just not doing well for whatever reason at ndmeyer3@icloud.com.
