Camp sites are being held under the DOGWOOD name.  Standard sites are $72.00 a night plus tax or you can choose a patio site for $82.00 per night plus tax.  Our reserved sites will be held through Oct 15.  After that, they will be released back to the campground.

(Reminder: Please bring your own beverages, plates, bowls, utensils, etc, to each meal).

 

Thursday 12/3

         5:00 pm - Welcome and Social in Rally Room.

** Coaches bring Heavy Hors d’oeuvres.

 

Friday 12/4

10:00 am - Brunch - provided by hosts

4:00 pm - Happy Hour

    * those with last names beginning with A to L  - please bring snacks 

5:00 pm - Dinner - provided by hosts

-       After Dinner - Games inside rally room

 

Saturday 12/5

10:00 am - Brunch - provided by hosts.  

11:30 am - Group picture then Business Meeting

4:00 pm - Happy Hour

    * those with last names beginning with M to Z  - please bring snacks 

5:00 pm – Dinner - provided by hosts.  

-       After Dinner - Gift exchange (please bring 1 wrapped gift per coach to participate in the gift exchange - suggested value for gift is $25)

 

Sunday 12/6

8:30 am - Continental breakfast provided by hosts

11:00 am - Checkout time for campground
