What is a Stinky Slinky?

We are referring to the TOGO RV definition:  "The sewer hose that connects the rig to a dump station."

Or, from CamperUniversity.com there is this:

"A Stinky Slinky is a 3″ flexible pipe that connects from your travel trailer to a sewer system. This pipe is used to transfer waste from the Black Tank and the Gray Tank to a sewer system and out of your trailer."
