1.  Call to Order: President, Ed Herbert ("Ed") called the meeting to order at 11:00 a.m. with a welcome and thanks for the good food and fellowship. 

 

2.  Minutes: On a motion by Mary Hunter, seconded by Berkley Alexander, the minutes from the July 20, 2024 FMCA Dogwood Chapter Business Meeting were unanimously approved.
