We hope all is well with you and your families.
We have some business to conduct.
We were recently informed that our current VP of Rallies, Pace Mimms is stepping down from his position due to personal reasons. Thank you very much for your service Pace.
With Pace leaving, it is necessary to fill the VP of Rallies position for the remaining term, which ends December 31, 2024
The Dogwood Nominating Committee is responsible for identifying a replacement as expeditiously as possible, present the nominee to the membership, and conduct an election. That election will be held at the December 2023 Business Meeting during the Christmas rally.
At this time, your Nominating Committee has identified Darrel (Dell) Tenney as a candidate for the VP of Rallies, and he will be present at the Christmas rally.
If there are any other Dogwood members who would like to be a nominee for this position, please respond to me ASAP, and you will be added to the ballot.
The cutoff date for submitting your name is November 18, 2023.
