Highlights from the Rolex Races at VIR

A weekend at VIR provided a little something for everyone - from race cars to movie stars.  Despite miserable weather forecasts, there were only a couple showers which didn't dampen our spirits.  The sun shone brightly as the cars made their final laps for the big Grand Am race.


We enjoyed dinners together at the Oak Tree Tavern and the coaches.


The atmosphere at VIR is great.  You can walk in the paddock area to get a closer look at the cars and the race team members are always willing to talk to you.


The highlight of the race weekend for the women was seeing Patrick Dempsey otherwise known as Dr. McDreamy on Grey's Anatomy.
