As mentioned at our last business meeting and elsewhere in this issue of eNews, Dogwood's Standing Rules require change to clarify some existing procedures and to incorporate changes that were recommended by the Audit Committee and the Dogwood Executive Board. Click here to see the revisions. Any text that is being deleted is shown with a strike through and new or changed text is shown in red. In accordance with Dogwood's Standing Rules, proposed changes are being announced in advance and will be voted on at the next business meeting on December 3, 2011 at Dogwood's Christmas rally.
